Using a different Address Book

Sage Estimating uses only one Address Book database.

You define the Address Book database using the Installation wizard when you first install Estimating with a new SQL instance. You can change this selection in the Estimating Management Console when you search from the Address Book pane.

In the Estimating Management Console, click [Address Book] on the ribbon.
Click the search icon in the toolbar.
The Estimating Management Console scans the current SQL Server instance for other Address Book databases and lists them in the Available Databases window.
In the Available Databases catalog list, select the check box for the Address Book you want to use for this SQL Server instance.
Click [OK].
Click [Yes] to start using the selected Address Book.
