Adding an image to a model

Before you begin

If you have not already opened the Model window and selected the model you want to work with, do so now. How?

To add an image to a model:

Select a blank line in your model where you want to insert the image.
Click $image\image.gif$ . A window opens where you can browse to locate the image.
Select the bitmap (.bmp) or jpeg (.jpg) image you want to include in your model.
Click [Open]. Estimating enters the image into your model.
Set up additional image lines in the same manner. When you finish, click [OK].

Tips:

When an image line is collapsed, Estimating displays the path of the image.
Click $image\qproprty.gif$ to open the Properties window so you can change the path of the image.
The Insert Line - Image Line command is available when you right-click on a line header.
Once you add a line to a model, you can copy or move it.
