Changing an existing database model

On the Database tab, from the Miscellaneous group, click Models.

(In classic view, click Database menu > Models).

Note: The command is available only when a standard database is open.
In the Model window, click $image\list.gif$ and select the model you want to change.
Make changes as needed.
To change the model code, click [Renumber] and enter the new code in the Model field.
To edit an existing question, item, or assembly, select the line and modify the fields as necessary.
To replace a line in the model with one of a different type, select the line and choose the proper command from the toolbar. How?
To move a line in the model, select the header of the line you want to move and drag it to a new location. How?
When you finish changing the model, click [OK] to save it.
Change other models in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close]
