Database Addon window

This window is used to enter information about how each addon (markup) is applied and calculated. You can specify the cost basis along with job cost, range, and rate information. The fields in the Selection and Rate areas vary based on the cost basis you choose. Sage Estimating saves your entries when you click [OK].

Cost basis options for addons

To open the Database Addon window:

On the ribbon, from the Miscellaneous group on the Data tab, click Addons.
In classic view, click Database > select Addons.

The command is available only when a standard database is open.

Tips:

To edit or create addons from the Totals window, select Edit Addon or Create One-time Addon from the shortcut menu.
