Assigning a crew to an estimate item

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

To assign a crew to an estimate item:

1. Locate the desired item on the spreadsheet, and then right-click in the item's Crew cell.

2. Choose Select Crew from the shortcut menu.

   The Crew List opens.

3. Select the desired crew from the list.

   You can use Source to display crews stored in either the estimate or the standard database.

   If you select a crew from the standard database, it is copied to the estimate.

To substitute one crew with another crew:

1. Right-click in the item's Crew cell, and then select Substitute Crew from the shortcut menu.
2. Select the crew you want to substitute from the list.
