Changing an existing crew

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

Open the Crew window in one of the following ways:

On the ribbon, from the Crews group on the Data tab, click Crews.
In classic view, click Database menu > Crews > Crews.
From the spreadsheet, right-click a crew, and then select Edit Crew from the shortcut menu.

Select the crew you want to change.

The source option indicates where the crew showing in the window is stored. If you opened the window from the spreadsheet, you can choose to change a crew in either the estimate or the standard database.
You can click $image\list.gif$ to choose from a list of existing crews, or scroll through the crews using [<<] and [>>].
Make changes as needed. You can:
- Rename a crew. How?
- Add resources. How?
- Edit a resource. How?
- Change a resource quantity. How?
- Delete a resource. How?
When you finish changing the crew, click [OK] to save your changes.

Note: Changes to a standard database crew do not affect any of the existing estimates that use this crew. You apply these changes to an existing estimate, using the Reprice Estimate from Datatase window, opened in one of the following ways:

On the the Reprice group of the Home tab, select From Database.
In classic view, click Pricing menu > Reprice Estimate from Database.
