Changing crew information for an estimate item

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

Locate the desired item on the spreadsheet, and then right-click in the item's Crew cell.
Select Modify <crew name> from the shortcut menu. The Spreadsheet Crew window opens.
(optional) Click $image\list.gif$ to change a crew other than the one showing in the window and select it for the spreadsheet item. You can use the source option to choose from crews in either the estimate or the standard database.
Make changes as needed. You can:
- Add resources. How?
- Edit a resource. How?
- Change a resource quantity. How?
- Delete a resource. How?
When you finish changing the crew, click [OK] to save your changes.
If you modified a standard database crew, Sage Estimating copies the crew to the estimate.
If you modified an estimate crew used by multiple items, Sage Estimating allows you to assign the modified crew to the current item only, or to all items using that crew.

Tip: When you apply a modified crew to all items using that crew, this includes the items currently in the spreadsheet and any affected items you take off after this point.
