  1. Open the Phase window in one of the following ways:

    • On the ribbon, from the Phase/Item group on the Data tab, click Items.

  5. Make changes as needed.

    • To change an entry in a text box, click in the box, drag the cursor to highlight the entry, and type in the new information.
  6. For more information, click image\windhlp.gif on the title bar of the window and then click a field or button
  7. When you finish changing the phase, click [OK] to save it.
  8. Change other phases in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close].

Tip: Changing a phase in the estimate does not affect the standard database. Likewise, changing a phase in the standard database does not affect the estimate.
