Items command

Use this command (Data tab, or in classic view, Database menu) to create and edit individual items in the standard database. This command opens the Database Item window where you can enter the coding, measurement, calculation, pricing, job cost, and category information for each item.

Items is available only when a standard database is open.

Tips:

Edit Database Item is available on the shortcut menu when you are working with items in other windows.
If you want the Database Item window to remain in add mode after you save each new record, use the automatic add mode option.
