Save One-time Items to Database command

Use this command (Data tab > Update Database group > From Estimate, or in classic view, Pricing menu > Update Database) to save the one-time items created for an estimate to the standard database. One by one, a window presents each one-time item for you to accept or reject. Sage Estimating automates the process by prefilling the item code for each new item. You can quickly accept the information as shown or change the details before saving the one-time items.

Save One-time Items to Database is available only when a standard database is open.
