Item Detail report

This report includes the standard database information for items in the selected phases. You decide which fonts and page layout to use and whether to print the item notes and shaded headings.

To create this report:

On the ribbon, select the Reports tab, and then from the dropdown list in the Database Reports group, select Item Detail.
In classic view, select Database menu > Reports > Item Detail.

Note: This command is available only if a standard database is open.

Tip: Whenever you make significant changes to the standard database, you should back up your data and print a complete set of standard database reports.
