Saving the report settings
If you often use the same settings for printing a particular
report, you may want to save those settings as a named report layout for
printing the report.
To save the report settings:

On the ribbon, on the Reports tab, select the report you want.
In classic view, on the Reports menu, select the report you want.
- Click [Report
Options].
- Set the options on
all the tabs as desired.
- Click [Save
Layout].
- Type the name of the
layout you want to associate for printing the report.
- Select either the Shared option to make the report layout available to other Sage Estimating operators, or select the Personal option to restrict the layout for your own use.
Note: You must have manage reports permissions to share a report layout.
- Click [OK].
Tips:
- Use [Manage
Layouts] to rename and delete saved layout names in the list.
- Sage Estimating uses the Windows
printer settings for this workstation.
