- In the list of passes on the Assembly Takeoff window, select the desired pass.

. - Enter the notes, and then click [OK] to close the Notes window.
The notes print on the Takeoff Audit report if the Print dimensions option is selected. You can also see the notes when reviewing assemblies in the Assembly Takeoff window; click on a pass in the list to see the notes in a pop-up window.
