Category uses one or more cost category amounts.
Subcategory uses a subcategory total.
Total uses the previous subtotal, current total, or estimate total.
Hours uses the total labor or equipment hours.
Additional hours uses labor or equipment hours extended at a specified hourly rate.
Project info uses the contract amount, job size, or job duration.
Bond uses up to five percentage amounts and limits.
Lump sum applies a specified monetary amount to one or more categories.
Other addon uses one or more other addons.
