To open the Assembly Takeoff window and select an assembly

1. Open the Assembly Takeoff window:

   • On the ribbon, from the Takeoff group on the Takeoff tab, click Assembly.

   • In classic view, click Takeoff > Assembly Takeoff, or click on the toolbar.

2. Right-click the the assembly list, and then select Review Assemblies from the shortcut menu.
3. Select an assembly to review:
   • Locate the assembly in the list.
   • Double-click (or drag and drop) the assembly to pull it into the Assembly Takeoff window.
