Export

You can use the export option to save a report as a PDF or an ASCII text file.

• PDF files preserve the report's format and layout, so this format is convenient when you want to send reports in email notices or post them in a central location.
• Text files can be pulled into other programs, such as a word processor. You can format the file with or without separators (such as, commas) between values to make it compatible with other applications.
