You can use the Shift key in combination with the other spreadsheet navigation keys to select multiple spreadsheet cells.
For example:
- To select an entire column from the current position down, select a cell and press Shift+Ctrl+¯.
- To select an entire row from the current cursor position to the right, select a cell and press Shift+Ctrl+®.
Tip: To select all the items on the spreadsheet, click the topmost row header.
