Copying an estimate addon to the standard database

                                            Using Sage Estimating (SQL), you can set up a variety of addons, including addons for calculating overhead, profit, insurance costs, and bonds. Examples
To set up a new standard database addon:
- 
                                                    Open the Addon window in one of the following ways: - On the ribbon, from the Adjustments group on the Data tab, click Addons.
- In classic view, click Database menu > Addons.
- From the Totals 
 window, click  or select   Edit Addon from the shortcut menu. or select   Edit Addon from the shortcut menu.

                                                    (optional) If you opened the window from the Totals window, select Database for the Source.

                                                    Click [Add]. 
- 
                                                    Complete the fields in the window. You can use [Copy] and [Prefill] for this purpose. At a minimum, you need to complete the Addon, Description, Cost bases & Selection, and Rate fields.

                                                    When you finish setting up the addon, click [OK] to save it. 
- 
                                                    Set up other addons in the same manner. When you finish, click [Close]. 
Tips:
- A rate can be expressed as a percent or a monetary amount. Example
- If you want the Addon window to remain in add mode after you save each new record, use the automatic add mode option.
