To change the number format used for a spreadsheet column:
- Right-click on the column heading, and then select Properties from the shortcut menu.
- You can make the following 
 formatting changes to numbers: - Select how many digits appear after the decimal point for the selected numeric column. Values are truncated (not rounded) at the specified number of digits. 
- Display negative numbers in red. 
 
- When you finish, click [OK] to save your changes.
Tips:
- The above options apply only to numeric columns.
