Use this command to create a one-time item for the current estimate.
- On the ribbon, from the group on the tab, click One-Time Item.
- In classic view, select Takeoff menu > Takeoff Tools > One-Time Item (or click
on the toolbar.
It opens a window so you can enter the phase, description, takeoff quantity, unit, and categories for the new item. Later, you can enter additional information in the Detail window.
Sage Estimating (SQL) stores the information you enter for a one-time item with the estimate. In the takeoff grid and spreadsheet, a dash displays as the item code for these items. From the spreadhsheet, you can add the one-time items in the estimate to the Item file.
