Model Setup Form
Planning a model is a form of takeoff because you are selecting all the labor and material required for a model instead of an estimate. For example, a garage model might include assemblies for a slab, stud walls, and roof as well as door and siding items.
Fill out one copy of this form for each model you plan to set up.
