Clicking the [] button in Step 4 of an export to job cost wizard begins the validation process and creates an export report.
If the estimate contains an invalid job number, cost code, or cost type, the program displays a detailed description of the invalid data, which you can use to make corrections.
To print the error report to a file, click the [] button in the Export Errors window.
