Adding columns to the rate grid

1. Right-click any of the column headings in the rate grid.
2. Select Add Benefit Column from the shortcut menu.
3. Enter a title for the column heading.
4. Select an option to specify how you want to display and calculate the rate:
5. Amount per unit: for example, .90 per hour
6. Percent per base rate: for example, 10% of the base rate
