Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.
This window is used to build a crew by entering a name and description and choosing its labor and equipment resources. Once you attach a crew to each item, Sage Estimating (SQL) calculates the labor and equipment amounts for items in an estimate based on the specified crews and rate tables.Sage Estimating (SQL) saves your entries when you click [OK].
Open the Crew window in one of the following ways:
- On the ribbon, from the group on the tab, click .
- In classic view, click Database menu > Crews > Crews.
- From the spreadsheet, right-click a crew, and then select Edit Crew from the shortcut menu.
Note: The window is available only when a standard database is open.
(Optional) You can designate a crew as a top-level heading for organizing other crews with similar characteristics. If you set up group crews, there are two levels in the crew list.
Tip: Either Edit Crew or Create Crew is usually on the shortcut menu when you are working with crews in other windows.
