Substituting a crew on an estimate item

Note: This feature is available only if you have a license to use Crews.

  1. Locate the desired item on the spreadsheet, and then right-click in the item's Crew cell.

  2. Choose Substitute Crew from the shortcut menu.

    The Crew list opens.

  3. Select the crew you want to substitute from the list. You can use Source to display crews stored in either the estimate or the standard database. If you select a standard database crew, it is copied to the estimate.
