Eliminating excess column width in the Totals window (Best Fit Column)

The Best Fit Column feature adjusts the width of the selected columns to fit the widest column entry.

To eliminate excess column width:

  1. Use the mouse to select one or more column headings.
  2. Click the right mouse button and select Best Fit Column from the shortcut menu.
