Setting up a company from the Estimate Information window
When you are entering information for an estimate in the Estimate Information window, you can add new companies for clients, architects, and engineers “on the fly” if they do not yet exist in the Address Book.

In the Estimate Information window, type the new company name in the Client Company field, the Architect Company field, or the Engineer Company field, and then press Enter.
- At the message asking if you want to add a new company, click [Yes].

Enter the Address Book information in the New Company window.

When you finish setting up the contact, click [Save].
Important! Be sure to save the new address entry before closing the window, or the new name will not appear in the Estimate Information window.

Close the window.
The new subcontractor name appears in the spreadsheet.
