Price Update by Category window

Use the Price Update by Category window to update the prices of standard database items based on their categories.

To open the Price Update by Category window:

• On the ribbon, from the Updates group on the Data tab, click By Category.
• In classic view, select Pricing menu > Update Database.

The Price Update by Category window contains four tabs with options for updating the prices of standard database items:

• Categories tab
• Phase Range tab
• Font tab
• Page Setup tab

After you click [OK] to begin processing, Sage Estimating (SQL) opens a window that shows the progress and allows you to control the process.
