Printing standard database reports

Assembly Summary report

This report lists the code, description, and unit for the selected assemblies. You decide which fonts and page layout to use and whether to print the notes for each assembly.

To create this report:

  • On the Home tab on the ribbon, from the dropdown list in the Database Reports group, select Assembly Summary.

  • In classic view, select Database menu > Reports > Assembly Summary.

Note: This command is available only if a standard database is open.

Tip: Whenever you make significant changes to the standard database, you should back up your data and print a complete set of standard database reports.
