Saving the report settings
If you often use the same settings for printing a particular report, you may want to save those settings as a named report layout for printing the report.
To save the report settings:
-
On the ribbon, on the Reports tab, select the report you want.
In classic view, on the Reports menu, select the report you want.
- Click [Report Options].
- Set the options on all the tabs as desired.
- Click [Save Layout].
- Type the name of the layout you want to associate for printing the report.
-
Select either the Shared option to make the report layout available to other Sage Estimating (SQL) operators, or select the Personal option to restrict the layout for your own use.
Note: You must have manage reports permissions to share a report layout.
- Click [OK].
Tips:
- Use [Manage Layouts] to rename and delete saved layout names in the list.
- Sage Estimating (SQL) uses the Windows printer settings for this workstation.
