Layouts command (Spreadsheet)

Use the Layouts command to open the Edit Spreadsheet Layout window.

  • On the ribbon, from the Spreadsheet Display group on the Home tab, click Layouts.
  • In classic view, right-click the sequence tab, and then click Select Layout from the shortcut menu.

The Edit Spreadsheet Layout window lists all the layouts created for the current spreadsheet sequence. Each layout is associated with the sequence in use when the layout was created.

You use the buttons in the window to create, modify, delete, or apply a custom layout to a spreadsheet sequence.

You can apply the layout you want to view the current spreadsheet sequence whenever you want.

Tip: You can also use the commands on the Home tab of the ribbon to work efficiently with layouts. You can modify a layout directly in the spreadsheet, and then save it using the Save and Save As commands, and you can also easily apply a different layout whenever you want using the Edit command.
