Price Factor column (all categories)

For each category (Labor, Material, Subcontractor, Equip, and Other), this display-only spreadsheet column shows the factor Sage Estimating (SQL) uses to determine item prices when repricing the estimate using a factor table.

Tips:  

  • The Price Factor column is hidden by default. To see the column, select its Visible option in the Edit Spreadsheet Layout Details window.
  • Sage Estimating (SQL) displays factors in decimals, not percentages. A factor of 98.1%, for example, appears as 0.981.
