Once the items and quantities in the takeoff grid are satisfactory, click [OK] to bring all of the items with their quantities, locations, WBS values, and other information into the estimate spreadsheet. At this stage, you can continue with takeoff or close the takeoff window.
Tip: Click [Cancel] to clear the takeoff grid without generating the items to the spreadsheet.
