Delete Phases

When you delete a phase that contains items, Database Editor gives you the choice to delete the items or move the items to another phase.

To delete a phase or phases:

1. Select a phase or phases.
2. From the Editing group of the Home tab, select Delete Row or press DELETE.
3. If the phase contains items, Database Editor displays the Delete Phase window.
1. Select Delete items with phase to delete items associated with this phase. Select Move items to phase to move items associated with this phase to another phase. If you select Move items to phase, select a phase to move the items to from the list on the right.
2. Click OK.
