Saving changes to a checked-out standard database

Use the Save command to save your changes to your checked-out copy of a standard database without checking it.

Note: Your changes do not take effect in the original standard database until you check in the standard database.

To save your changes at any time, either:

• On the ribbon, from the Database group on the Home tab, click Save.
• On the application menu, click Save.
