Use Search to find Help topics

To search for topics using keywords or phrases:

  1. Locate the Search box in the topic pane.

  2. Type the word or phrase you want to find, and then either press the Enter key or click the Search button An image of the Search icon (a magnifying glass).

    Notes:  

    • To search for phrases, enclose your search terms with quotation marks.

    • If you are working offline, you can use AND, OR, or NOT to add logic to your search.

      Boolean search does not work when you are connected to the internet.

  3. Locate the desired topic in the list, and then double-click it.
