You can use the commands on the shortcut menu to modify the conditions for an item table. These commands are available from the grid in the Item Table window.
To change a condition, right-click and choose one of the following commands. A ü appears beside your selection.
- Use Formula enables you to choose a formula as a condition.
- Use Formula Table enables you to choose a formula table as a condition.
- Use Variable enables you to choose a variable as a condition.
- Substitute <xxx> enables you to replace a condition. The name of this command indicates what kind of selection you can make.
- Edit <xxx> enables you to modify the standard database records indicated by the command name.
