  1. Place the cursor on the right border of the column heading.

    2. The cursor should look like this Column resize icon.

  2. Drag the cursor to make the column narrower or wider.

Tip: When you enter large numbers in a column, the column expands to accommodate the entry. If you enter a smaller number later, the column does not shrink to fit the smaller entry.
