Check Assemblies

The Check Assemblies integrity check tests the following rules for each assembly:

• Unit exists.
• Calculation is valid.

Database Editor tests the following rules for each item line in the assembly:

• Phase and item code exist.
• Line unit is the item's takeoff unit.
• Calculation is valid if it is a custom calculation or a selected formula.

Database Editor tests the following rules for each item table line in the assembly:

• Item table exists.
• Unit exists.
• Calculation is valid if it is a custom calculation or a selected formula.

Database Editor tests the following rules for each select at takeoff line in the assembly:

• Unit is valid.
• Calculation is valid if it is a custom calculation or selected formula.

To check data integrity on assemblies:

1. From the Home tab, select Integrity Checks from the View group.
2. Select Check Assemblies from the Integrity Checks list (left-hand pane).
