Default Display Options window

Use this window to customize the appearance of a model to suit your needs. The options you set here determine how the questions, items, and assemblies in the model appear as you build it and when you use it during takeoff.

To open: In the Model Edit window, click .

Tip: To select or clear multiple options at one time, select the checkboxes you want, right-click, and choose Mark All Visible or Clear All Visible.

Items in this window

Font

Enter the default font you want to use for the model. Click to choose from a list of available fonts.

Size

Enter the default font size you want to use for the model. Click to choose from a list of available font sizes.

Bold

Mark this option to make the default text bold.

Italic

Mark this option to make the default text italic.

Underline

Mark this option to underline the default text.

Interview Settings grid

Determines which question, item, and assembly elements are visible during the interview. The Visible option controls whether the corresponding element appears during takeoff. You can hide fields such as location, productivity adjustment, WBS codes, memos, and variable fields that have defaults or are filled by questions.
