List area

Lists assemblies, items, or passes based on the command you used to open the window. To choose an assembly, double-click or drag one to the takeoff grid. Sage Estimating (SQL) loads the items from that assembly into the takeoff grid.

Tips:

Before taking off an assembly, assign a default location, alternate item, and work breakdown structure (WBS) to items using the Item Takeoff Settings pane.

On the ribbon, from the Takeoff group on the Takeoff tab, click Default Values.
When you review an assembly, the list shows the passes for that assembly. To see the variables for a particular pass, click that pass in the list. If all variables are zero, the pass was entered manually in the takeoff grid or added using the <formula name> command.
To add an item to the assembly, right click and choose List Items. From the list, select one or more items.
One-time assemblies appear in a folder with the name of the estimate.
