Items list

Shows all of the items in the standard database or estimate, based on whether you opened the window from the Data tab or the spreadsheet. Material items are black. Non-material items are gray and you cannot select them. A ü identifies material items already assigned to a material class.

Tips:

To find an item in the Material Classes list, double-click on the item.
To assign selected items to a material class, drag them to the Material Classes list. Where you drop them determines their BOM description and position.
To drag all items in a single folder to the Materials Classes list, press Shift and then click the selected folder.
To sort items in a different order, select another sort order from the Sort As dropdown list.
To begin a search to find a specific item, click [Search].
