Fill Down command

Use this command to fill a group of cells with the contents of the first cell in the selection. Fill Down is on the shortcut menu for columns when you select several cells.

Shortcut menus provide access to commands that you may need to accomplish a particular task.

To open a shortcut menu, point to something in a Sage Estimating (SQL) window, and then right-click it. The available commands vary based on where you are pointing.

Tips:  

  • Before selecting cells in the spreadsheet, collapse and expand rows to the desired level.
  • If the selection in the spreadsheet includes anything at the item level, only visible cells at the item level are filled. The first cell must be at the item level.
  • If the entire selection in the spreadsheet is above the item level, all visible cells are filled.
  • To select multiple cells that are not next to each other, press Ctrl while you click each cell.
