Sort by commands

Use these commands to sort a list or grid in a different order. Depending on the situation, you can sort by name, number, description, code or ID, order of entry, or some other order. A ü appears beside the selected sort method.

To choose a Sort by command from the shortcut menu, right-click the Item list in a takeoff window.

Shortcut menus provide access to commands that you may need to accomplish a particular task.

To open a shortcut menu, point to something in a Sage Estimating (SQL) window, and then right-click it. The available commands vary based on where you are pointing.

• Headers of the Resource and Description column in the Rate Table window
• Column headers in the Bid Grid
