You use this window to enter the variables needed to calculate takeoff quantities for selected items. If all items have the same formula, the name of that formula is displayed in the title bar.
You enter a value for each variable. These values are used to calculate the takeoff quantities.
The Quantity is a multiplier for all variables. Entering a value greater than one is like taking off the same thing several times.
Click [Add to Qty] or [Replace Qty] to calculate the takeoff quantities.
To open the Enter Dimensions window:
- In the Quick Takeoff window, select Enter dimensions.
- Double-click an item that requires dimensions.
