Changing the fonts or colors for a column

  1. Right-click the column heading and then select Column Properties from the shortcut menu. The Column Properties window opens.
  2. To change the font color, click [Font], set the color, and then click [OK] to close the Font window.
  3. To change the column's background color, click [Background Color] and select a color, and then click [OK] to close the Color window.
  4. When you finish changing the colors, click [OK] in the Column Properties window.

Tip: To select all the columns in the Totals window, click the row header for the column headings.

The row header is the fixed column along the far left side of the spreadsheet or Totals page.

  • Click to select the whole row.
  • In a spreadsheet window only, you can double-click to expand or collapse a row.
  • Right-click to change the font for the selected rows.
