Format Column window

This window provides options that control the appearance of the selected column in the Totals page. You can specify formatting such as width, justification, number of decimals, font characteristics, and color. Formatting that you set up will carry over into printed reports, including color.

For more information, click on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.

Tip: A gray field means that you have selected multiple columns, and the columns have different settings for that option.
