Notes

Displays comments, reminders, or special considerations entered about a phase. An ellipsis (...) means that not all of the text is visible. This note appears at the phase level in the spreadsheet and Detail window.

Tips:  

  • To enter or edit a note, click The Ellipsis button used to browse a list of items. You can enter up to 1520 characters in the Phase Notes window.
  • There is also an option to print phase notes on reports sorted by phase.
