The standard database stores all the information necessary to prepare an estimate including labor, material, and equipment items along with prices, takeoff formulas, and more. It includes the following data files:

• Items and WBS codes (Item-type).
• Standard database information, units, phases, addons, formulas, and variables.
• Spreadsheet layouts, units, phases, material classes, addons, subcontractors, vendors, subcategories, formulas, and variables.
• Assemblies and item tables.
• Crews and resources.
• Rate tables.
