Save One-time Items to Database window

This window presents each one-time item in the estimate for you to save or reject. As each one-time item appears, the Item list goes to the phase specified for that item. You can accept the information shown, specify a different phase, edit the item details, or skip the item altogether.

To open the Save One-time Items to Database window:

On the ribbon, click Data tab > Updates group > One-Time Items.

For more information, click on the title bar of the window, and then click a field or button.
